Chia and oats recipe for breakfast
4 spoons chia
A cup oats
2 spoons honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
500 ml water
Mix vanilla, cinnamon, water. Heat this to boil. When it does, lower heat and add oats. Boil and remove off heat.
Cover the bowl and let it aside soaking. Add honey and salt, and mix.
Put this in bowl or glass and add In chia while hot. For more flavors, add strawberry, banana, apple or cherries.
