For a diet with fast results, try this diet. But stick to the rules. Some exceptions can be made like replacing meat and lentils or veggies one with another.

No caloric sweeteners, black coffee, tea, water, cooking sprays, mustard, lemon juice, spices are allowed. This lasts just 3 days and you will remove fat, get the best metabolic rate and have energy. To try it again, wait for 4 days.

Day 1

Have ½ grapefruit, slice of toast, coffee or tea, 2 tbsp PB. For lunch have ½ tuna, coffee or tea, toast and dinner is 3 oz meat, cup green beans, cup ice cream and apple and ½ banana.

Day 2

Breakfast is an egg, ½ banana, toast. Lunch is boiled egg, cup cottage cheese, 5 crackers and dinner is 2 hot dogs NO BUN, ½ cup carrots, cup broccoli, ½ banana, ½ cup ice cream.

Day 3

Breakfast is apple, 5 crackers, slice cheddar cheese. Lunch is toast, boiled egg and dinner is cup tuna, ½ banana and fruits OR ice cream.

For optimal results, also do workouts. They have to be adequate to the diet and your body. For obese people, try walking and slimmer can do treadmills, jump rope, fitness, swimming and running.

For medical issues, talk to a doctor prior this diet. This diet is cheap, simple and lasts short!
