Have This Drink Before Going To Bed And Remove Food Remains And Fat For 8 Hours Straight

When you sleep, the body might burn fat. The more you sleep, more fat gets burned. It is best to get 8 hours sleep to speed up the metabolism, thus fat will get melted faster.

Try this mixture and try to take just this mixture and no food a few hours before sleeping.

You need:


Cinnamon ½ tsp

Vinegar 1 tsp

Freshly squeezed juice of one lemon

honey 1-2 tsp

Ginger ½ tsp

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Drink until you get desired results

This can even replace dinner.
